If the box arrives wrong
Do this first
- Open your order at the store
- Choose the damaged, missing or wrong item option
- Follow the replacement or refund steps there
Then, if you are stuck
- Email us the kit name and what happened
- Add a photo if a piece is broken or missing
- We will help where we can
Buying for a birthday
Check the delivery estimate at checkout before you circle a date on the calendar. If the party is this weekend, pick the fastest option offered. A kit that arrives on Monday is still a great present, but explaining that to a nine year old is on you.
